Anywhooo. I thought I'd share with you guys my favourite way to unwind after a busy day, my rest and relaxation ritual (hence the post title). Sorry for the super dark photos, apparently pictures taken in a small dark room turn out poorly lit.
First: This bubble bath is amazing, my mom bought it for me because I love Rapunzel and (obviously) she's on the container. But I love it so much, it smells like delicious grape magic, I'm obsessed.
Second: Detox water is the bomb. The one pictured is my favourite and has 1/3 of a lime (cut up), a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of raw honey. It tastes like you're drinking juice but you're actually helping keep your digestive system healthy and encouraging weight loss and getting rid of bloating!
Third: Epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxer so you literally melt into the tub, in the very best way.
I literally just got out of the bath, but writing this post makes me want to jump right back in. I love baths and find them so relaxing. They're also a great time to think of blog posts. ;)
